Do I need to install anything or have my own server?
No. IQ Dental Hub runs in the browser, on a computer, tablet or phone. There is nothing to install and nothing to maintain.
How do my partner dentists get access?
Each lab gets a code. The dentist creates a free account with that code and sees only their own orders: status, try-ins, deadlines and payments.
Can I start straight away with my own data?
Yes, and we recommend it. A new account starts empty: you add your clinics, dentists, technicians and price list from the Admin Panel.
Is my lab’s data safe?
Each lab’s data is kept separate from the others. The connection is encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored encrypted, and each person’s access is limited by permissions.
Can I control what each technician sees?
Yes. In the Admin Panel you decide, for each user, which pages they see. A task assigned to one technician no longer shows for the others.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
