What you see in your dentist account
The status of each case
In progress, at try-in, completed or sent. See which stage a case is at without calling the lab.
Deadlines and try-ins
The delivery date of each case and scheduled try-ins, so you can book your patients.
Payments and balance
What you have paid and what is still due, calculated from the orders. No misunderstandings at the end of the month.
Messages on each order
Ask right on the case, with photos. The answer stays with the order, and anyone at the lab can reply.

Ask IQ Bot
Your dentist account also includes IQ Bot, the smart assistant. Ask in your own words (“when is Mr Ionescu’s case coming?”, “what do I owe?”) and it answers from your orders’ data. You only see the information that concerns you.
How to create your account
- Ask for the code of the lab you work with, or wait for its email invitation.
- Create your dentist account: email, password and practice details.
- Enter the code: once the lab accepts you, your orders appear.
The app works on computer, tablet and phone, with nothing to install. On a phone you can add it to the home screen.
Are you a lab?
Send this page to the dentists you work with: it explains what they get and how to join. To learn about the lab side, see dental lab software.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a dentist account cost?
Nothing. The dentist account is free, however many orders you have and however many labs you work with. The lab pays the subscription.
Where do I get the lab code?
From the lab you work with. Each lab has its own code, which it finds in its account. The lab can also send you an invitation directly by email.
Can I see other dentists’ orders?
No. Each dentist sees only their own orders. The lab controls which information is visible.
Can I work with several labs from one account?
Yes, if they all use IQ Dental Hub. You connect to each one with its code.
My lab doesn’t use IQ Dental Hub. What can I do?
You can send them this page. The lab can try the app free for 30 days, and your dentist account stays free either way.
